Go only a short distance of 100 yards and you will turn right into the office park of "The Crossing". Once in this small office park, turn right at the first building where you see the AllState sign, down the slight slope and you will see on your left our unit on the end (with windows on the side). It is suite 635. We are directly below the Allstate unit.

The reception area is furnished nicely as if staffed including lobby waiting chairs, however reception area is not staffed but serves well as a waiting area

** Insulation was added to the interior walls during construction for the sole purpose of ensuring that each single office would be as private as possible. ** We have received a call from a tenant in other unit wanting to rent in our unit due to the very thin walls with only sheetrock as the insulation. In our unit, insulation was packed into the walls during construction and this help tremendously in the lack of noise you hear in our unit from one office to the next. Do not lease space at any other unit, until you are sure the walls have been insulated properly and you will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet and confidentiality that you need while working.

All utilities are included, including wireless internet, however telephone is extra.

This unit was purchased for the purpose of renting single office from the outset. There has never been any interest in our company using the space nor at time of purchase. At some offices, once the economy turns around, some companies will likely ask for their single offices back that they rented out as a single office while the economy was down.
